Raspberry Bliss Evetini
1 oz. Whip Cream Vodka
1 oz Coconut Vodka
1 scoop Raspberry Sorbet (Madisonos)
1/2 (two mellon ball scoops)Mango Sorbet (Madisonos)
1/2 oz. Guava Juice
Raspberry Blissless Evetini (non-alcoholic)
1.5 Scoops of Raspberry Sorbet (Madisonos)
1/2 Scoop (two mellon ball scoops) Mango Sorbet (Madisonsos)
1 oz. Guava juice
1 oz. coconut Syrup (Baking coconut placed in simple syrup )
(2 cups of sugar, two cups of water boil to liquid add 1 1/2 cup
baking coconut and cool. Settle coconut in syrup for 4 hours then
press out syrup from bulk to get only syrup)
Whip Sorbets in light weight bowl with whisk. Add Vodkas and Guava
juice pour into chilled painted Martini Glass.
tips: – smooth out Sorbet before adding liquid
– Have the correct Jigger to do 1 oz. and 1/2 oz. Should be on
– Add and mix quickly then pour in glass
– Hold Glass at bottom of stem with two fingers (peace sign) to
keep it steady and not topple.
